Termite Inspection in California

Structural pest control in California is licensed by the California Structural Pest Control Board. Every business listed on this site holds a current licence in that register, and each listing shows the number and status so you can check it yourself at search.dca.ca.gov/.

California's required inspection document is Form 43M-41, the Wood Destroying Pests and Organisms Inspection Report. The board has stated in writing that state law does not recognise the federal mortgage form (NPMA-33) in place of it, though a company may issue that form in addition. Read the advisory.

Licence numbers in California are only unique within a licence type. A Branch Office registration and a Company Registration can carry the same number and be different businesses, so each listing here states which type it is.
